Tender for ticketing services

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of ticketing services for the issuance and purchase of transportation tickets (train tickets, bus tickets, and international tickets) for the Contractor’s beneficiaries, including persons with limited mobility, under the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi‑donor project “Empowering War‑Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)” with the support of the German Society for International Cooperation (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH).

Service delivery period: May 2026 – February 2027.

Payment: non‑cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 12 May 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked:“Provision of ticketing services for the issuance and purchase of rail, bus, and international transportation tickets for the Contractor’s beneficiaries, including persons with limited mobility.”

In the “Sender” section, please indicate the name of the tender participant, address, and contact phone numbers. In the “Recipient” section, indicate:

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
