The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the reconstruction of premises and external networks with energy efficiency improvements in a public building, namely: the ENT department building D-1, at the following address: 20-A Mishchenko Serhii Hero of Ukraine St., Zinkiv, Poltava district, Poltava region.
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Reconstruction of premises and external networks with energy efficiency improvements in a public building, namely: the ENT department building D-1, located at 20-A Mishchenko Serhii Hero of Ukraine St., Zinkiv, Poltava district, Poltava region.”
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Integrated Comprehensive Support and Protection for Vulnerable Evacuees,” implemented under the partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-34892, signed on May 15, 2025, with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: 6 calendar months from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by May 20, 2026, at 6:00 PM in paper form via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the reconstruction of premises and external networks with energy efficiency improvements in a public building, namely: the ENT department building D-1, located at 20-A Mishchenko Serhii Hero of Ukraine St., Zinkiv, Poltava district, Poltava region.

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
