The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the construction of a new non-residential building at the following address: Shkilna St., Spivakivka, Izium district, Kharkiv region, as part of the project “Comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance to Ukrainians Affected by the Conflict and Third-Country Nationals in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova,” implemented with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
The work will be carried out as part of the project “New construction of a garage for the storage of fire and rescue unit equipment at the following address: Shkilna St., Spivakivka, Izium district, Kharkiv region, land plot cadastral number 6322883009:01:001:0520.”
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: up to 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation:
As part of the proposal, the participant shall provide: the contract price (type of contract price – fixed), an explanatory note, a local estimate, a summary statement of resources, a calculation of general production costs. These documents may be provided in electronic form in the format “DOC” (WORD) or “XLS” (EXCEL).
Please note: the tenderer must provide a file in the “.imd” or “.idc” formats.
All digital files may be provided on digital media (flash drive) or uploaded to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) with a link in the tender documentation.
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by February 1, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the construction of a new non-residential building at the following address: Shkilna St., Spivakivka, Izium district, Kharkiv region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office.
