- Учасники для надання послуг з моніторингу та інформаційної підтримки у тому числі на транзитних центрах внутрішньо переміщених осіб в межах Харківської, Дніпропетровської, Миколаївської, Запорізької, Сумської, Херсонської, Київської, Полтавської, Одеської, Львівської та Івано-франківської областей переможців не визнано.
- На надання послуг психолога бенефіціарам Замовника в громадах та/або в місцях тимчасового проживання внутрішньо переміщених осіб в межах Дніпропетровської, Харківської, Запорізької, Київської та Миколаївської області переможцями визнано: ФОП Астахова Дарія Олександрівна ФОП Дашко Марина ВІкторівна
- На надання послуг зв'язків з громадськістю (комунікаційних послуг) в межах Запорізької, Харківської, Миколаївської, Херсонської, Сумської, Дніпропетровської, Київської, Полтавської, Одеської, Львівської та Івано-Франківської областей переможцем визнано: ФОП Мельник Марина Олександрівна.
The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the provision of services within the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery”, implemented within the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”, under the Grant Agreement with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH.
The procurement under the above-mentioned project is carried out using international technical assistance funds. The project (program) registration card is registered with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine under No. 4314-11 and corresponds to the category (type) of goods, works and services specified in the Project (Program) Procurement Plan.
As part of the tender, of the tender, participants are invited to provide:
1. Accompaniment services for the Customer’s beneficiaries during transportation within Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
2. Monitoring and information support services, including at transit centers, for internally displaced persons within Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
3. Psychologist services for the Customer’s beneficiaries in communities and/or places of temporary residence of internally displaced persons within Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Kyiv, and Mykolaiv regions.
4. Public relations (communication) services within Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Service delivery period: October 2026 – May 2027.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by September 28, 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the provision of services within the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery”, implemented within the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”. The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
