Tender for the provision of public relations services (communications services)
The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the provision of public relations services (communications services) as part of the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) in cooperation with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
The procurement under the above-mentioned project is carried out using international technical assistance funds. The project (program) registration card is registered with the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers under No. 4314-11 and corresponds to the category (type) of goods, works, and services specified in the Project (Program) Procurement Plan.
The tender invites participants to provide public relations services (communications services) within the Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Kherson, Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Service delivery period: August 2026 – February 2027.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 25 July 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the provision of public relations services (communications services) under the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor initiative “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER).”
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
