The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of event organization and logistical support services within the project “Protection and essential psychosocial support of the war-affected population of Ukraine’s frontline regions” No. AZ16261136 (2026–2027), financially supported by the Federal Foreign Office of Germany.
Service delivery period: October 25 – November 2, 2026 (inclusive).
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation:
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by October 8, 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Procurement of event organization and logistical support services.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline. Participants should consider delivery times.
