The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events.
We welcome Ukrainian companies, agencies, and private entrepreneurs who can provide relevant services. Service providers must be experienced in event organization and hold the relevant classification codes of economic activities.
The tender aims to select a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events in Ukraine during June-July 2025. The procurement of services will be carried out as part of the project “Empowering Civil Society for Nonviolent Conflict Transformation with the Participation of State Actors,” funded by KURVE Wustrow.
The events will include one retreat for the Contractor’s beneficiaries on July 25–27 in the Kyiv region.
Event services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- booking a hotel with a spa complex;
- rental of conference rooms;
- transportation of participants, booking and purchasing bus or train tickets within Ukraine;
- organization of coffee breaks and meals during the event;
- logistical and technical support for the event;
- administrative support for the event;
- submission of a final financial report on the event, including copies of supporting documents.
Proposals will be evaluated on a comprehensive approach (including service fees, prior experience, positive references, etc.).

Proposals must be submitted by mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the provision of event organization services. Retreat” KURVE Wustrow.

Proposals will be accepted by June 22, 2025, by 6 PM. Tender proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The tender is scheduled for June 23, 2025, at 1 PM.
The tender is considered valid if at least one proposal is received.
Proposals will be evaluated on a comprehensive approach (including the service cost, the service fee, prior experience, and positive references). Participants will be notified of the tender results.
