Tender for renovation works in dormitory building premises
- For the performance of repair works in the premises of the dormitory building marked “N-9,” located at: 7 Rustaveli Lane, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support Services for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast,” with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF), implemented under Partnership Agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-R-NGO-38120 dated October 31, 2025, the winner is PRIVATE ENTERPRISE “REPAIR AND CONSTRUCTION FIRM “EUROBUD.”

The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for renovation works in the premises of dormitory building H-9, located at 7 Rustaveli Lane, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support Services for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast,” with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: until September 30, 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Participants must visit the site during the specified period from June 1 to June 2, provided prior notification of the intention to visit is sent by email to [email protected] or by phone at +38 097 466 60 86.
Individual site visits by each participant are prohibited.
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by June 8, 2026 (6:00 PM) in paper form via Nova Poshta or in person in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for renovation works in the premises of dormitory building H-9, located at 7 Rustaveli Lane, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.”

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should take delivery times into account.
