Tender for renovation works in dormitory building premises
The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for renovation works in the premises of dormitory building H-9, located at 7 Rustaveli Lane, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support Services for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast,” with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: until 30 September 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Participants must visit the site during the specified period from 1 to 2 June, provided prior notification of the intention to visit is sent by email to [email protected] or by phone at +38 097 466 60 86.
Individual site visits by each participant are prohibited.
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 8 June 2026 (6:00 PM) in paper form via Nova Poshta or in person in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for renovation works in the premises of dormitory building H-9, located at 7 Rustaveli Lane, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.”

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should take delivery times into account.
