Tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) in Kharkiv

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 1 Vadym Manko St., Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast” with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”

Service delivery period: until September 30, 2026

Payment: non-cash payment.

Stage 1: By 6:00 PM, April 3, 2026 – Pre-registration by phone: +38 097 466 60 86 or by email o.kariavka@east-sos.org.

Stage 2: From April 6, 2026, to April 7, 2026 – Site inspection with the responsible person. Unauthorized site visits are prohibited.

Stage 3: By 6:00 PM, April 21, 2026 – Acceptance of tender proposals from participants.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by April 21, 2026, by 6 PM in paper form via Nova Poshta or in person in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 1 Vadym Manko St., Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.”

In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 57, +38 097 466 60 86.
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
