Tender for the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler house (Lykhivka rural settlement, Dnipropetrovsk region)
The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler house.
The works must be carried out according to the working project “Reconstruction of the heating system in the main building (administrative building) with the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler house at the following address: 75-A Naberezhna St., Lykhivka rural settlement, Kamianske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.”
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
The services will be provided by the supplier directly at the destination located at 75-A Naberezhna St., Lykhivka rural settlement, Kamianske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.
Service delivery period: up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM on 17 June 2026 via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler house at the following address: 75-A Naberezhna St., Lykhivka settlement, Kamianske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.

Depending on the selected method of performing the works, the participant shall provide, as part of the proposal: Appendix 1.2 to the Tender Documentation or a calculation of the contract price.
A. If Appendix 1.2 is submitted, the participant shall additionally provide an explanatory letter with a detailed description of the proposed boiler house and main equipment.
If a calculation of the contract price is submitted, it must be calculated using the AVK-5 software package, latest version, or another software package that is compatible with AVK for the transfer and reading of estimate documentation and calculations. As part of the proposal, the participant shall provide: the contract price (type of contract price – fixed), an explanatory note, a local estimate, a summary statement of resources, a calculation of general production costs. These documents may be provided in electronic form in the format “DOC” (WORD) or “XLS” (EXCEL).
Please note: the tenderer must provide a file in the “.imd” or “.idc” formats.
All digital files may be provided on digital media (flash drive) or uploaded to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) with a link in the tender documentation.
