Tender for works on constructing a new water intake well
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for works on constructing a new water intake well, at the following address: Zoryanskа St., Khroly, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region.
The works will be carried out within the project “Works on constructing a new water intake well at the following address: Zoryanskа St., Khroly, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region.”
The works will be carried out as part of the project “Integrated Relief Support for Vulnerable Populations in Severely Affected Areas of Kharkiv Oblast” with financial support from the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: up to 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment for: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by May 19, 2026, at 6:00 PM in paper form via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for works on constructing a new water intake well at the following address: Zoryanskа St., Khroly, Kharkiv district, Kharkiv region.”
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the name of the tender participant, address, and contact phone numbers.
In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 57, tel: +38 050 785 81 96 (contact person).
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.

As part of the proposal, the participant shall provide: the contract price (type of contract price – fixed), an explanatory note, a local estimate, a summary statement of resources, a calculation of general production costs. These documents may be provided in electronic form in the format “DOC” (WORD) or “XLS” (EXCEL).
Please note: the tenderer must provide a file in the “. imd” or “.idc” formats.
All digital files may be provided on digital media (flash drive) or uploaded to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) with a link in the tender documentation.
