The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events as part of the project “Support for Vulnerable Groups Affected by the War and Residents of Remote Areas of Ukraine,” implemented under the partnership agreement No. NDICI-THE-NEAR/2023/438-580, concluded on April 1, 2023, with the European Union, represented by the European Commission.
As part of this collaboration, it is planned to systematically organize events of various formats (e.g., training sessions, monitoring visits, forums and conferences, festivals, strategic sessions, etc.) across Ukraine. Service providers must be experienced in event organization and hold the relevant classification codes of economic activities.
Service delivery period: November 2025 – March 2026
Payment: non-cash payment

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by October 21, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the provision of event organization services supported by the European Union, as represented by the European Commission.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
