The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events as part of the project “Empowering Civil Society for Nonviolent Conflict Transformation with the Participation of State Actors,” funded by KURVE Wustrow.
The events will include a training session for the Contractor’s beneficiaries on November 28-30 in Kyiv.
Event services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• hotel booking;
• rental of conference rooms;
• transportation of participants, booking and purchasing bus or train tickets within Ukraine;
• organization of coffee breaks and meals during the event;
• logistical and technical support for the event;
• administrative support for the event;
• submission of a final financial report on the event, including copies of supporting documents, etc.

Proposals will be accepted until 10:00 AM on October 17, 2025.
Payment: non-cash payment.
The tender date is October 17, 2025, at 1 PM.
Service delivery period: November 2025, inclusive.
To participate in the tender, please submit your proposal by mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization of events. Training. KURVE Wustrow.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact phone numbers.
