Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events. We invite Ukrainian companies, agencies, and individual entrepreneurs who can provide the relevant services to participate. Service providers must have experience in event organization and hold the relevant classification codes of economic activities.
The tender is conducted to select a service provider to provide event organization and logistical support services in Ukraine during June–July 2025. The procurement of services will be carried out within the project “Empowering Civil Society for Nonviolent Conflict Transformation with the Participation of State Actors,” which is funded by KURVE Wustrow
The events will include:
1 Event – “Retreat for the team of the Charity Foundation ‘East SOS’ from July 25–27 (Dnipropetrovsk region).
Event services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• hotel booking with a SPA complex;
• conference room rental;
• participant transportation, booking and purchasing bus or train tickets within Ukraine;
• organization of coffee breaks and meals during the events;
• logistical support for the event;
• administrative support for the event;
• submission of a final financial report for the event, including copies of supporting documents, etc.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 10:00 AM on June 15, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted.
The tender date is June 16, 2025, at 1:00 PM.
The tender will be considered valid if at least one proposal is submitted.

Proposals will be evaluated based on a comprehensive analysis (including commission rates for services, previous work experience, and good references). Participants will be notified of the results via email.
