Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events as part of the project “Expanding Civil Society’s Capacity for Nonviolent Conflict Transformation with the Participation of State Actors,” funded by KURVE Wustrow.
We welcome Ukrainian companies, agencies, and private entrepreneurs who can provide relevant services. Service providers must be experienced in event organization and hold the relevant classification codes of economic activities.
The events will include one three-day retreat for the East SOS team in October (the winner of the tender will be notified of the exact date) in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Event services may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- booking a hotel with a spa complex;
- rental of conference rooms;
- transportation of participants, booking and purchasing bus or train tickets within Ukraine;
- organization of coffee breaks and meals during the event;
- logistical and technical support for the event;
- administrative support for the event;
- submission of a final financial report on the event, including copies of supporting documents, etc.
Proposals will be evaluated on a comprehensive approach (including service fees, prior experience, positive references, etc.).

Proposals must be submitted by mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events. Retreat” KURVE Wustrow.

Proposals will be accepted by September 26, 2025, by 10 AM. Tender proposals submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
The tender is scheduled for September 26, 2025, at 1 PM.
Service delivery period: October 2025.
The tender is considered valid if at least one proposal is received.
Proposals will be evaluated on a comprehensive approach (including service fees, prior experience, positive references, etc.). Participants will be notified of the tender results.
