The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of events in Zakarpattia region.
The procurement of services will be carried out as part of the project: “EASY CAMP Summer Camps” to address educational gaps under the project “Supporting Mental Health through Online Diagnostics and Consultations, as well as Mental Health and Learning Camps,“ implemented by East SOS in partnership with the Estonian organization MONDO, with the support of the Estonian Center for International Cooperation and Development (ESTDEV).
Service delivery period:
- Session 1: July 22, 2025 – July 30, 2025
- Session 2: August 3, 2025 – August 11, 2025
- Session 3: August 14, 2025 – August 22, 2025
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by July 3, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of summer camps for children to address educational gaps” as part of the project: “Measures to Address Educational Gaps: ‘EASY CAMP Summer Camps’ within the project ‘Supporting Mental Health Through Online Diagnostics and Counseling, as Well as Mental Health and Learning Camps.’”
