The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of an event in Zakarpattia region as part of the project “Protection and Psychosocial Support for War-Affected Populations in Ukraine’s Frontline Regions” (2026–2027), with financial support from the German Federal Foreign Office.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: from 6 to 8 July 2026.
1st session: 09.07.2026 – 17.07.2026
2nd session: 20.07.2026 – 29.07.2026
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 2 June 2026 (6:00 PM) in paper form via mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the selection of a service provider for the organization and logistical support of an event in Zakarpattia region.”
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the name of the tender participant, address, and contact phone numbers.
