The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the reconstruction of the heating system of the building with the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler at the following address: 75-A Naberezhna St., Lyhivka, Kamianske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.
The works will be carried out within the co-financed project “Integrated Humanitarian Response for Conflict-affected Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals Affected in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova,” with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: up to 50 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by April 20, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the reconstruction of the heating system of the building with the installation of a modular solid fuel boiler at the following address: 75-A Naberezhna St., Lyhivka, Kamianske district, Dnipropetrovsk region.”

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.

As part of the proposal, the participant shall provide: the contract price (type of contract price – fixed), an explanatory note, a local estimate, a summary statement of resources, a calculation of general production costs. These documents may be provided in electronic form in the format “DOC” (WORD) or “XLS” (EXCEL).
Please note: the tenderer must provide a file in the “. imd” or “.idc” formats.
All digital files may be provided on digital media (flash drive) or uploaded to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) with a link in the tender documentation.
