The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the provision of services to conduct activities in residential care homes as part of the EMPOWER project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) in cooperation with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
The services will be provided by the tender winners in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
As part of this tender, participants are invited to submit proposals for:
the provision of services by social support specialists to conduct activities for the staff of residential care homes in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions;
the provision of psychologist services to conduct activities for the staff of residential care homes in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.
Service delivery period: June 2026 – October 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 7 June 2026 (6:00 PM) in paper form via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the provision of services to conduct activities in residential care homes within the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor initiative “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER).”
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the name of the tender participant, address, and contact phone numbers. In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Uzhhorod, Nova Poshta No. 2, tel.: +38 098 916 02 42 (contact person).
The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
