The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of mobile hot meal services to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in temporary accommodation facilities in Kharkiv.
Mobile hot meals will be delivered to beneficiaries at one temporary accommodation facility in Kharkiv.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by December 18, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the provision of mobile hot meal services to internally displaced persons (IDPs) in temporary accommodation facilities in Kharkiv.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
