Tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) at temporary accommodation facilities for IDPs
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of mobile hot meal services to internally displaced persons (IDPs) at temporary accommodation facilities for IDPs in Kharkiv, as part of the project “Protection and Psychosocial Services for People with Limited Mobility and Persons with Disabilities, affected by the war,” implemented under Partnership Agreement No. 17178 concluded with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
Mobile hot meals will be delivered to beneficiaries at one temporary accommodation facility in Kharkiv.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: May 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026.
Payment: will be carried out at the end of each month based on the actual number of people who passed through the transit center.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by April 21, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) at temporary accommodation facilities for IDPs.”
