The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in temporary accommodation centers in Dnipro.
Mobile hot meals will be delivered to beneficiaries at 2 temporary accommodation centers in Dnipro.
The procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in temporary accommodation centers will be carried out as part of the project “Protection and Psychosocial Services for People with Reduced Mobility and Persons with Disabilities, Affected by the War,” with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA).
Service delivery period: August 1, 2025 – August 31, 2025
Payment: The payment for the service will be made in two stages:
• 50% advance payment at the beginning of each month;
• 50% balance payment, the amount may be adjusted depending on the actual number of persons at the transit point and the number of ordered portions. The final amount of the second payment will be determined based on these data.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM, July 15, 2025, via mail in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of mobile hot meal services for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in transit collective centers in Dnipro.”
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact phone numbers.

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
