The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of fuel within the project “Strengthening Protection Mechanisms for War-Affected Population”, implemented under Project Implementation Agreement No. UKR2624, concluded on August 17, 2026, with the Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC), with funding from Norway.
Service delivery period: Order fulfilment period: October–November 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by September 28, 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of fuel.”
