The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of event organization and logistical support services within the project “Working with the Past, Conflict Resolution and Psychosocial Support – Strengthening Civil Society Capacity for Action”, implemented under the Partnership Agreement with KURVE Wustrow 2026–2028.
Service delivery period: October 22–23, 2026 (inclusive).
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by October 12, 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Procurement of event organization and logistical support services.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
