Tender for the procurement of equipment for the setup of a collective site for internally displaced persons

The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of equipment for the setup of a collective site for internally displaced persons in Dnipropetrovsk region.
The procurement is carried out as part of the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor initiative “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”, in partnership with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ).
In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of February 15, 2002 No. 153 “About creation of single system of attraction, use and monitoring of the international technical assistance” (as amended) and with paragraph 197.11. of Tax Code of Ukraine, procurements carried out under international technical assistance projects shall be exempt from VAT.
The participant shall submit a proposal EXCLUDING VAT and shall guarantee that the tax exemption is applied upon issuance of the tax invoice (exemption code 14060524) and shall state the price as “Excluding VAT” in the contract. The project (program) registration card is registered by the Secretariat of the Cabinet of Ministers under No. 4314–10 and corresponds to the category (type) of goods, works, and services specified in the project (program) procurement plan.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: by 15 July 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.
