- According to Appendix 1.3: ESTIMATE for the procurement of structural materials (polycarbonate), the winner is PE Balanchuk Tetiana Hryhorivna.
- According to Appendix 1.4: ESTIMATE for the procurement of construction consumables, the winner is Epicentr K LLC.

The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of building materials as part of the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas,” implemented under Sub-Grant Agreement No. UH-01-04/2026, signed on April 21, 2026, coordinated by the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation and supported by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The goods will be delivered by the supplier directly to the destinations at the following addresses:
- Kharkiv region, Kharkiv district, Izium;
- Donetsk region, Kramatorsk district, Oleksandrivka community, Novopoltavka village.
Service delivery period: July 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM on June 25, 2026 via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the procurement of building materials for the construction of an above-ground heat network under the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
