Tender for the procurement of building materials (Kharkiv and Donetsk regions)
The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of building materials as part of the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas,” implemented under Sub-Grant Agreement No. UH-01-04/2026, signed on 21 April 2026, coordinated by the Right to Protection Charitable Foundation and supported by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The goods will be delivered by the supplier directly to the destinations at the following addresses:
- Kharkiv region, Kharkiv district, Izium;
- Donetsk region, Kramatorsk district, Oleksandrivka community, Novopoltavka village.
Service delivery period: July 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation:
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM on 25 June 2026 via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the procurement of building materials for the construction of an above-ground heat network under the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
