Tender for the procurement of building materials for the construction of an above-ground heat network (the rural settlement of Sofiivka, Dnipropetrovsk region)

The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of building materials for the construction of an above-ground heat network as part of project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas,” implemented under Sub-Grant Agreement No. UH-01-04/2026, signed on April 21, 2026, coordinated by the Right to Protection Charity Foundation and supported by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF). 

The goods will be delivered by the supplier directly to the destination at the following address: Sofiivka rural settlement, Kryvyi Rih district, Dnipropetrovsk region. The cost of delivery of the goods must be included in the cost of the goods.

Service delivery period: by August 21, 2026.

Payment: non-cash payment. 

Tender documentation:

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM on June 18, 2026 via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the procurement of building materials for the construction of an above-ground heat network under project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
