Tender for the construction and installation works to restore a non-residential building in the village of Levkivka (Kharkiv region)

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the construction and installation works to restore a non-residential building at the following address: 25 Tsentralna St., Levkivka, Izium district, Kharkiv region, as part of the project “Comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance to Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals Affected by the Conflict in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova,” implemented with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.

The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”

Service delivery period: up to 60 calendar days from the date of signing the contract

Payment: non-cash payment

An electronic flash drive with a copy of the estimate in electronic form (AVK format) or a link to the documentation in cloud storage should also be attached to the proposal.

Visits to the site are possible by prior arrangement.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by November 18, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the construction and installation works to restore a non-residential building at the following address: 25 Tsentralna St., Levkivka, Izium district, Kharkiv region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
