The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for field coordination services on access to social services as part of the EMPOWER project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) in collaboration with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
Services will be provided to the tender winner in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
The tender invites participants to provide field coordination services on access to social services for beneficiaries of the Customer at transit centers and within communities in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Service delivery period: April 2026 – February 2027
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by April 21, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for field coordination services on access to social services as part of the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: ‘From Rescue to Recovery’, implemented under the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”.
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact phone numbers.
In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Uzhhorod, Nova Poshta No. 2, +38 098 916 02 42, (contact person). The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
