Tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) in Kharkiv
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 268 Saltivske Shosse, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region, as part of the project “Accessible Accommodation and Tailored Support Services for Vulnerable Displaced Persons in Kharkiv Oblast,” implemented with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS.”
Service delivery period: until September 30, 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one paper copy by April 1, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta or in person in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for current repairs of a part of the building (dormitory) at the following address: 268 Saltivske Shosse, Kharkiv, Kharkiv region.”
In the “Recipient” section, please indicate: CO “CF “EAST SOS”, Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 57, +38 (050) 785 81 96 (contact person). The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.

Visits to the site are possible during the specified period, from March 24 to 25, by prior arrangement. Individual visits to the site by any participant are prohibited.
