The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of cleaning services for office premises of the safe spaces providing psychosocial and legal support at “Zatyshno Space” in Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv as part of the project “Protection and Psychosocial Support for War-Affected Populations in Ukraine’s Frontline Regions” No. AZ16261136 (2026–2027), funded by the German Federal Foreign Office.
Service delivery period: May 1 – December 31, 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by April 22, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for cleaning services for office premises of the safe spaces for psychosocial and legal support ‘Zatyshno Space.’”
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact phone numbers.

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
