List of Support Programs for Internally Displaced Persons

List of Support Programs for Internally Displaced Persons | CF «East SOS», картинка №1

A coalition of organizations working to protect the rights of people affected by Russia’s armed aggression against Ukraine, including the East SOS Charity Foundation, has prepared a comprehensive list of support programs for internally displaced persons (IDPs). The list includes information on:

  • compensation programs for damaged or destroyed housing;
  • preferential mortgage and credit mechanisms;
  • housing vouchers and temporary accommodation;
  • financial assistance for living expenses and rent subsidies;
  • support tools for employment, vocational training, and starting a business;
  • social, medical, educational, and legal services for IDPs.

As a result of the war, millions of Ukrainians have been forced to leave their homes, losing housing, jobs, and established social ties. Access to compensation mechanisms, benefits, housing programs, and social services – as well as clear information about them – is therefore critical. The ability to receive timely support plays a key role in adaptation and integration in a new place of residence.

This document serves as a navigator, helping individuals quickly find available support options and understand the procedures for obtaining assistance. The list is provided below.

You can use this resource to access the support you need or share it with others for whom this information may be relevant.

Recently, the Coalition of Organizations Protecting the Rights of Victims of the Armed Aggression Against Ukraine submitted an application for the Responsibility Award 2025.
