East SOS vacancy announcement: Talent Acquisition Manager (Kyiv)
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” has been uniting those committed to Ukraine’s future since 2014. With the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion, we have significantly expanded our efforts to assist and protect as many victims of russian aggression as possible. Our core values are equality, tolerance, and humanity – reflected both in our work and in our team culture.
We operate across government-controlled areas, providing evacuation and accommodation services, renovating shelters and IDP centers, documenting crimes, implementing educational programs, delivering humanitarian aid, conducting monitoring visits, advocating for systemic changes, and offering legal and psychological support. Our safe spaces for psychosocial and mobile crews are active in various regions across the country.

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager:
- Kyiv (on-site);
- willingness to travel across Ukraine;
- remuneration discussed during the interview.
Key responsibilities:
- managing the full recruitment cycle, from communicating with hiring managers to extending job offers;
- drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies on relevant job platforms;
- screening CVs and proactively sourcing candidates;
- organizing and conducting interviews and providing recommendations to hiring managers;
- maintaining and updating candidate data in the internal CRM system;
- coordinating and supporting the onboarding process;
- participating in HR processes.
What we expect:
- at least 6 months of experience in this field;
- experience using various candidate sourcing channels;
- fluent Ukrainian language skills;
- proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
- a proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team;
- experience with PeopleForce would be considered an advantage.
