East SOS vacancy announcement: Procurement Manager (Kyiv)
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” has been uniting those committed to Ukraine’s future since 2014. With the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion, we have significantly expanded our efforts to assist and protect as many victims of russian aggression as possible. Our core values are equality, tolerance, and humanity – reflected both in our work and in our team culture.
We operate across government-controlled areas, providing evacuation and accommodation services, renovating shelters and IDP centers, documenting crimes, implementing educational programs, delivering humanitarian aid, conducting monitoring visits, advocating for systemic changes, and offering legal and psychological support. Our regional psychosocial and legal support teams are active in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv.

We are looking for a Procurement Manager:
- Kyiv (on-site);
- remuneration discussed during the interview.
Key responsibilities:
- preparing and administering contracts with suppliers and monitoring their implementation;
- preparing invoices and commercial propositions;
- negotiating with suppliers;
- preparing reports and maintaining internal records;
- preparing tender procedures;
- processing orders and monitoring the product supply process;
- tracking shipments and monitoring delivery schedules;
- performing related tasks.
What we expect:
- at least 1 year of experience in the procurement of construction materials and services;
- proficiency in spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, etc.);
- experience with cost estimation software would be considered an advantage;
- strong analytical skills and the ability to calculate optimal order;
- knowledge of logistic supply chain processes;
- strong negotiation skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the internal team;
- ability to manage large volumes of information and documentation;
- experience working in an NGO would be considered an advantage.
