East SOS vacancy announcement: Humanitarian Program Field Officer (Pavlohrad)
The Charity Foundation “East SOS” has been uniting those committed to Ukraine’s future since 2014. With the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion, we have significantly expanded our efforts to assist and protect as many victims of russian aggression as possible. Our core values are equality, tolerance, and humanity – reflected both in our work and in our team culture.
We operate across government-controlled areas, providing evacuation and accommodation services, renovating shelters and IDP centers, documenting possible war crimes, implementing educational programs, delivering humanitarian aid, conducting monitoring visits, advocating for systemic changes, and offering legal and psychological support. Our regional psychosocial and legal support teams are active in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv.

We are looking for a Humanitarian Program Field Officer:
- Pavlohrad (on-site);
- full-time;
- remuneration discussed during the interview.
Key responsibilities:
- distributing humanitarian assistance to beneficiaries in accordance with the organization’s procedures;
- registering beneficiaries and digitizing registration forms;
- maintaining records of humanitarian assistance and assets, ensuring their proper storage and control at the transit centre;
- preparing and maintaining documentation related to the distribution of humanitarian assistance and compiling reports;
- providing beneficiaries with information and guidance;
- liaising with state authorities, international organizations, and civil society organizations operating at the transit center;
- monitoring and preventing duplication of humanitarian assistance among organizations;
- participating in inventory checks and monitoring humanitarian assistance stock levels;
- complying with the organization’s internal policies and personal data protection requirements.
What we expect:
- experience in the accounting, distribution, and documentation of humanitarian assistance would be considered an advantage;
- confident user of PC and office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace);
- experience in maintaining documentation and working with databases;
- understanding humanitarian principles and ethical standards for working with beneficiaries;
- responsibility, strong attention to detail, and ability to work accurately with documentation;
- ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with partners.
