The Charity Foundation “East SOS” has been uniting those committed to Ukraine’s future since 2014. With the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion, we have significantly expanded our efforts to assist and protect as many victims of russian aggression as possible. Our core values are equality, tolerance, and humanity – reflected both in our work and in our team culture.

We operate across government-controlled areas, providing evacuation and accommodation services, renovating shelters and IDP centers, documenting possible war crimes, implementing educational programs, delivering humanitarian aid, conducting monitoring visits, advocating for systemic changes, and offering legal and psychological support. Our regional psychosocial and legal support teams are active in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv.

We are looking for an HR Officer:

  • Kyiv (on-site);
  • remuneration discussed during the interview.

Key responsibilities:

  • managing the full cycle of HR administration and personnel records;
  • organizing and maintaining military registration records;
  • processing hiring, termination, transfers, leave schedules, and travel documentation;
  • preparing HR orders, staffing schedules, timesheets, and annual leave schedules;
  • maintain personnel files and the HR archive;
  • developing job descriptions, templates, policies, guidelines, and procedures;
  • liaising with government authorities;
  • monitoring changes in Ukrainian labor law and military registration requirements.

What we expect:

  • at least 3 years of experience in HR administration and military registration;
  • strong knowledge of Ukrainian labor laws;
  • experience managing HR documentation;
  • eperience maintaining military registration records;
  • experience preparing HR orders, timesheets, leave schedules, staffing schedules, and personnel files;
  • proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets;
  • fluent Ukrainian language skills;
  • strong attention to detail, organizational skills, responsibility, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
