The Charity Foundation “East SOS” has been uniting those committed to Ukraine’s future since 2014. With the onset of russia’s full-scale invasion, we have significantly expanded our efforts to assist and protect as many victims of russian aggression as possible. Our core values are equality, tolerance, and humanity – reflected both in our work and in our team culture.

We operate across government-controlled areas, providing evacuation and accommodation services, renovating shelters and IDP centers, documenting possible war crimes, implementing educational programs, delivering humanitarian aid, conducting monitoring visits, advocating for systemic changes, and offering legal and psychological support. Our regional psychosocial and legal support teams are active in Kharkiv, Vinnytsia, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro, and Mykolaiv.

We are looking for an Assistant Coordinator (Social Program):

  • Kyiv (on-site, hybrid arrangement available);
  • full-time;
  • willingness to travel to frontline regions;
  • remuneration discussed during the interview.

Key responsibilities:

  • providing organizational and administrative support to the Social Program;
  • collection, review, and monitoring of the timely submission of reports from social workers and case managers;
  • maintaining and organizing internal documentation, databases, spreadsheets and records;
  • monitoring program key performance indicators and ensuring data quality;
  • collecting and preparing information for donor and program reports;
  • coordination of information gathering from regional teams;
  • performing other organizational, analytical, and coordination tasks as assigned by the Social Program Coordinator.

What we expect:

  • strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with data and documentation;
  • ability to structure information, identify inconsistencies, and synthesize findings;
  • skills in workflow organization and team coordination;
  • ability to prioritize tasks and work independently;
  • professional and effective communication skills;
  • ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment;
  • previous experience in the civil society, charitable, or social sector is desirable;
  • understanding of social services, case management, or humanitarian programming would be an asset.
