The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of translation services as part of the EMPOWER project, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) in cooperation with the European Union and implemented by GIZ Ukraine.
The services will be provided by the winner of the tender in Kyiv.
Service delivery period: May 2026 – February 2027
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copyby 6:00 PM on April 29, 2026, via Nova Poshtain a sealed envelope marked “Tender for translation services within the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery”, implemented under the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”.
In the “Sender” section, please indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact phone numbers.
In the “Recipient” section, please indicate:

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline, so participants should consider delivery times.
