Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery
We announce that on 16 March 2026, the tender committee selected the following winners of the tender for the provision of services under the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)” with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.
  • For the provision of support services, including social support, for the Contractor’s beneficiaries during their transportation in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the following winners have been selected: PE Valiukh Valerii Oleksandrovych; PE Arsenii Vladyslav Volodymyrovych; PE Poianskyi Vladyslav Yevheniiovych; PE Poianskyi Yevhenii Ivanovych; PE Serdiuk Olena Serhiivna.
  • For the provision of information services using telephone communication for the Contractor’s beneficiaries in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the following winners have been selected: PE Kondratiev Serhii Mykolaiovych; PE Lemeshko Maryna Volodymyrivna.
  • For the provision of social services (on social assistance) to the Contractor’s beneficiaries in transit collective centers for internally displaced persons and/or communities in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions, the following winners have been selected: PE Babich Nataliia Maksymivna; PE Shymkova Iryna Oleksandrovna.
  • For the provision of services for organizing work in transit collective centers for internally displaced persons in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the following winner has been selected: PE Perepylytsyn Denys Oleksandrovych.
  • For the provision of services for arranging transportation and accommodation of evacuated persons for the Contractor’s beneficiaries in communities or transit collective centers for internally displaced persons in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the following winner has been selected PE Saverskyi Ivan Yevhenovych.
  • For the provision of monitoring and information support services at transit centers for internally displaced persons in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions, the following the following winners have been selected: PE Baranova Anna Valentynivna; PE Hlamazdenko Anzhelika Mykolaivna.
  • For the provision of legal services to the Contractor’s beneficiaries in communities and/or transit collective centers for internally displaced persons in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions, the following winners have been selected: PE Vasylenko Liubov Oleksandrivna; PE Pinchuk Yevheniia Viktorivna.
  • For the provision of psychological services to the Contractor’s beneficiaries in communities and/or transit collective centers for internally displaced persons in the Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Mykolaiv regions, the following winners have been selected: PE Natina Nataliia Volodymyrivna; PE Chukhno Olha Mykolaivna.
  • For the provision of public relations services (communications services) in Kyiv the following winner has been selected: PE Dorokhova Viktoriia Serhiivna.
  • For the provision of translation services in Kyiv, the following winner has been selected: PE Masliuk Andrii Romanovych.

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the provision of services under the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”  with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.

The services will be provided by the tender winners in the Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy, Kherson, Kyiv, Poltava, Odesa, Lviv, and Ivano-Frankivsk regions.

Service delivery period: March 2026 – February 2027.

Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by March 8, 2026 (6 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the provision of services under the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery”, implemented as part of the multi-donor project “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)” with the support of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH.”

The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.

In the “Sender” section, indicate the participant’s name, address, and contact telephone numbers. In the “Recipient” section, please indicate:
