Tender for the procurement of solid fuel boilers

The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of solid fuel boilers. The procurement of solid fuel boilers is carried out as part of the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas,” implemented under Subgrant Agreement No. UH-01-04/2026 dated April 21, 2026, coordinated by the Right to Protection Charity Foundation and supported by the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

Service delivery period: by September 15, 2026.

Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by August 27, 2026 (6:00 PM) via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the procurement of solid fuel boilers under the project “MESH: Multisectoral Emergency Support for High-Severity Hromadas”.

In the “Sender” section, please indicate the name of the tender participant, address, and contact phone numbers.

In the “Recipient” section, please indicate the address: CO “CF “EAST-SOS”, Kyiv, Nova Poshta No. 57, tel.: +38 097 100 40 04 (contact person). The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline so participants should consider delivery times.
