The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of services for drafting technical documentation, dismantling and installation of metal-plastic window and door units, and finishing window reveals as part of the project “Comprehensive Support for Vulnerable Populations: From Rescue to Recovery,” implemented as part of the multi-donor initiative “Empowering War-Affected Communities in Ukraine through Local Initiatives (EMPOWER)”, using international technical assistance funds under the Grant Agreement with the German Society for International Cooperation (GIZ) GmbH.
Service delivery period: September – December 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by August 19, 2026 (6:00 PM) in paper form via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked: “Tender for the procurement of services for drafting technical documentation, dismantling and installation of metal-plastic window and door units, and finishing window reveals”
