The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of materials and tools for renovation works on the restoration of utility networks in 4 multi-unit residential buildings in in Izium, Kharkiv region, as part of the project “Comprehensive Humanitarian Aid to Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals Affected by the Conflict in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova No. K-EUM-2023-9004” with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
The supplier will deliver the goods directly to Izium, Kharkiv region.
The procurement of goods will be carried out as part of the project ”Comprehensive Humanitarian Assistance to Conflict-Affected Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova No. K-EUM-2023-9004” with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
Service delivery period: September–October 2025.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by September 14, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of materials and tools for renovation works on the restoration of utility networks in 4 multi-unit residential buildings in Izium, Kharkiv region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
