The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of furniture and equipment for educational institutions in Sumy region as part of the project “Supporting Schools in the Sumy region to Improve Student Safety and Psychological Well-Being/SCHOOL UP Project”, implemented under the partnership agreement No. 331.015, concluded with Fondation suisse de la Chaîne du Bonheur (Swiss Solidarity).
The goods will be delivered directly by the supplier to the educational institutions (destinations) located in the following settlements:
• Sumy region, Konotop city;
• Sumy region, Sumy district, Kosivshchyna village;
• Sumy region, Sumy (Bilopolskyi) district, Mykolaivka village.
Service delivery period: July 2025
Payment: non-cash payment

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by 6:00 PM, July 8, 2025 via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of furniture and equipment for educational institutions in the Sumy region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
