- According to Appendix 1.5. ESTIMATE for the provision of services for the delivery of monolithic polycarbonate, the winner is AIRONTRADE LLC.

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of construction materials and monolithic polycarbonate as part of the project “Integrated Humanitarian Response for Conflict-affected Ukrainians and Third-Country Nationals Affected in Ukraine, Poland, Romania, and Moldova”, No. K-EUM-2023-9004”, implemented with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe – Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
The goods will be delivered by the supplier directly to the destinations in the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions (Izium and Lozivskyi districts).
Service delivery period: October–December 2025
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by September 21, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of construction materials and monolithic polycarbonate.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
