The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of an armored vehicle for the evacuation of civilians as part of the project “Comprehensive support and protection of vulnerable categories of evacuees”, implemented with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The vehicle will be delivered by the supplier to Kyiv.
Service delivery period: May 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.

Proposals must be submitted in 1 copy by February 11, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of an armored vehicle for the evacuation of civilians”. The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
