The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of an armored vehicle for civilian evacuation needs as part of the project “Protection and Psychosocial Services for People with Limited Mobility and Persons with Disabilities Affected by the War,” implemented under Partnership Agreement No. 17178, concluded with the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: by September 27, 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.
