The Charity Foundation “EAST SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of a new vehicle for humanitarian and evacuation missions as part of the project “Integrated Full-Cycle Assistance for Vulnerable Internally Displaced Persons in Ukraine,” implemented under Agreement No. K-UKR-2026-9004 with the support of Diakonie Katastrophenhilfe (DKH) in the Evangelisches Werk für Diakonie und Entwicklung e.V.
The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works, and Services by the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “EAST-SOS.”
Service delivery period: October 2026.
Payment: non-cash payment.
