The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the procurement of a cargo-passenger van as part of the project “Comprehensive assistance to vulnerable groups in the most affected areas of the Kharkiv region,” implemented under the partnership agreement No. CBPF-UKR-25-S-NGO-36082 concluded on August 28, 2025, with the financial support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).
The vehicles will be delivered by the supplier to Kyiv.
Service delivery period: October-November 2025.
Payment: non-cash payment.
Tender documentation: tender.
Proposals must be submitted in one copy by October 17, 2025, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the procurement of a cargo-passenger van.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
