Tender for the new construction of a well with a water lift station to the Rozhnovskyi tower in Zarozhne village (Kharkiv region)

The Charity Foundation “East SOS” announces a tender for the new construction of a well with a water lift station to the Rozhnovskyi Tower at the following address: 3B Molodizhna St., Zarozhne village, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region as part of the project “Comprehensive Assistance to Vulnerable Populations in the Most Affected Areas of the Kharkiv Region”, implemented with the support of the Ukraine Humanitarian Fund (UHF).

The tender is conducted in accordance with the “Regulations on the Procurement of Goods, Works and Services of the Charitable Organization “Charity Foundation “East-SOS”.

Service delivery period: up to 90 calendar days from the date of signing the contract.

Payment: non-cash payment.

Tender documentation:

As part of the proposal, the participant shall provide: the contract price (type of contract price – fixed), an explanatory note, a local estimate, a summary statement of resources, a calculation of general production costs. These documents may be provided in electronic form in the format “DOC” (WORD) or “XLS” (EXCEL).

Please note: the tenderer must provide a file in the “.imd” or “.idc” formats.

All digital files may be provided on digital media (flash drive) or uploaded to a cloud storage (e.g. Google Drive) with a link in the tender documentation.

Proposals must be submitted in one copy by February 22, 2026, by 6 PM via Nova Poshta in a sealed envelope marked “Tender for the new construction of a well with a water lift station to the Rozhnovskyi tower at the following address: 3B Molodizhna St., Zarozhne village, Chuhuiv district, Kharkiv region.” The proposal must be delivered to the Nova Poshta receiving office by the specified deadline.
